Mercat de L'Olivar
Mallorca’s major produce market is also one of Spain's best—which is saying something. The stunning fish section consists almost entirely of locally caught options. Also look for island-grown fruit and vegetables, and don't miss chic sushi and shellfish stalls where you can guzzle a dozen oysters and sip a glass of sparkling cava.More Recommendations

Some of the best cocas in town
One of my culinary highlights in Mallorca were cocas: savory pizza-like pastries that come in all sorts of shapes, sizes and toppings. At this market, a wine store/tapas hangout called "d'O d'Origen" serves some of the best ones in town. The vegetarian one with eggplant and zucchini was absolutely a 10/10.
