The many available options range from half-day to full-day experiences and include Rivera's Kitchen Tulum and Co.Cos Culinary School & Catering in Playa del Carmen. Another consistently high-ranked favorite is The Little Mexican Cooking School, located in Puerto Morelos and taught by Chef Cristobal Tamaríz. Chef Tamaríz shares history and culture in addition to cooking techniques in his daylong classes. Aprons, recipe booklets, lunch, and drinks are included.
