Kebap for your Fingers
Beyti is kebap (most likely lamb) wrapped in lavash (a thin tortilla) then crisped on the outside and splashed with parsley, red pepper and crushed pistachios. Dip it in creamy yogurt and you'll have a true taste of scrumptious Turkish cuisine. I overeat every time.
