Cabs are expensive in Bermuda. Not looking to spend $50 on a 20 minute cab ride to Hamilton from my hotel, I learned to use the bus. Sure, I had to wait at the bus stop for a short while, but hey, I was on island time. The buses run consistently and for a $2 fare, it’s certainly worth the wait. Bermuda has 11 bus routes that cover the island. If you’re not in a serious rush, save some dough. Buy another rum drink with dinner instead.
