Best known as Playa Sucia, but correctly named Playuela, this beach is a favorite of locals, and undoubtedly one spot not to miss when visiting Cabo Rojo. If having the chance to visit the second platform in Faro Los Morrillos, situated over a cliff, it can be appreciated in its solitude and magnitude.
Accessing the beach is another theme...and totally worth it.
Faro Los Morrillos, historic building built in 1882, was recently renovated. Now it can be accessed by trolley. Previously it could have only be reached by walking through a path with rocks and uneven surfaces.
In my opinion, the most stunning and breathtaking view in Puerto Rico is found here.
