Los Cabos Camel Safari
Despite the desert backdrop, camels are probably the last animals you'd expect to see in Mexico, where the word fauna brings to mind few animals larger than the desert iguana. Yet here they are, sporting visitors around on their backs as part of a Baja safari along a private beach. Lucky safarigoers might spot a whale breaching off the coast. The experience also includes elements that are more recognizably Mexican, including a tequila tasting and a tortilla-making session.
