Exquisite furnishings in an authentic Maltese-stlyed boutique hotel in Malta
Me and my husband stayed in this lovely Boutique Hotel near Valletta in the historic capital of Birgu during our stay in Malta
. As both of us are history buffs from Boston
, we decided to opt for a location and accommodation which mixed our passions for medieval history. It was a great starting point to visit the historic sites around the Three Cities as well as convenient in visiting Valletta on a romantic Maltese boat! The boutique hotel is exquisitie - the furnishings are one-of-a-kind, the building itself is a 15th Century building of the Knights of Malta, and the hospitality was excellent. I highly recommend this place for anyone interested in history and who want to relax - the hotel is family owned so it was even a better experience, especially as the owner bakes cakes for breakfast in the morning! We were staying in a "Noble" suite which was peaceful and quiet. Not to be missed!
