Finale at a Local Izakaya
We finished our last night in Tokyo
at a local Izakaya, drinking Sake and Sapporo, and watching the chefs cook some incredible Japanese food. In the photo above, you can see the chef searing tuna in a fire over what looked like hay. He even places the burning hay on top of the tuna to finish the searing, and then cuts it into smaller filets for everyone to enjoy with their drinks. Kampai!
