As with all quality barbecue spots, ordering is a simple and straightforward experience: Pick your meat (brisket, pulled pork, ribs, turkey, or sausage), tell them how much of it you want, and then select your sides—ranch-style beans, jalapeño cheddar grits (seriously!), potato salad, or coleslaw. There’s only one option for dessert and that’s really all that’s needed, because Bekke’s Smoked Pecan Pie is simply glorious.
