It was difficult to get a picture of each bun before we devoured them all, but please believe me when I tell you that the 45 min wait is so worth it! The owner, May Chow, has really made a name for herself at this small, yet delicious establishment. For vegetarians, the mushroom bao is filling and the brussel sprout side-dish is fresh and flavorful. For everyone else, you really can't go wrong, but I recommend either the fish or pork bun.
