While in town for a wedding we enjoyed dinner the night before at this quaint, historic tavern. Built in the 1860's, it was taken under new management 2 years ago and offers a great ambiance with a big wood bar, craft cocktails & beer, pub food including fried pickles & fish n' chips with a savory tarragon aioli. Framed prints and paintings transporting your back to an older, simpler time. We enjoyed a booth while the outdoor seats bustled on a hot upstate New York summer night. Worth the visit!
