One of the island’s few upscale dining experiences takes you deep into the hills overlooking the bay, on the grounds of the eclectic boutique guesthouse Auberge Les Petits Saints. The dining takes place on the terrace, al fresco, with night views over the bay. Rotating international chefs–the restaurant recently changed names and has a French Chef–create a menu that fuses Caribbean fresh produce with influences from France. You can expect plenty of fresh catch with an island flavors, in addition to foie gras, lamb, and steak filet, as well a long list of house-crafted cocktails. It’s quiet, romantic, and ideal for a dinner for two. Reserve ahead to ensure availability.
