Les Copains d'abord offers a true farm-to-table experience. Chef Eric Marle was born in northern France but grew up in Montreal. His seasonally changing menu mixes classic bistro fare with modern, locally inspired dishes. Try the rack of lamb, sourced from the nearby Venne farm or a luxury comfort food: lobster macaroni and cheese. In addition I love that the name of the restaurant taken from a song by classic French singer Georges Brassens.
