You can find the french eclairs in every "pastelaria" or "confeitaria" in Porto.

It's very common, and they still use the french name, eclair, and you can have also the version without chocolat, "tíbia" it's the name.

Leitaria da Quinta do Paço, in a joint venture with Forking Amazing, created the savory version of the french eclair, with seven differente flavours, including my favourite, Ricota and stilton cheeses, together with thyme, wallnut and apple sauce.

Truly delicious.
