Le Poisson Rouge
Set in a lush rainforest setting, north of the Guadeloupe National Park, and part of the upscale Tendacayou Ecolodge, Le Poisson Rouge–the red fish–is a treat for its fine dining with a mix of Creole and French specialties and daily changing, ultra-creative menu. Its interior décor, overlooking a gorgeous view of hills, is as eclectic, filled with Asian motifs and red mood lighting. The menu is shaped from the day’s or season’s available fresh produce. Specialties include smoked marlin, Asian steak salad, blood sausage kebab, veal, and many other options listed on a daily chalkboard menu.
