Le Falstaff

Rue Henri Maus 19, 1000 Bruxelles, Belgium

Built in 1886 as a couple of houses, the buildings were bought and then refurbished by Mr. Houbbion, who often worked with Victor Horta. The building is full of art nouveau motifs and the front windows are what first catches your eye as they are giant circles which look like big tear drops, and this patterns of different shapes are also evident throughout the restaurant. Falstaff’s is located just across the street from the bourse (financial building), which is just a five minute walk from the grand place. This place, especially for lovers of art and fine dining, is not to be missed. You can even just go in, have a coffee and a look around.
