New Hidden Chocolate shop by Alain Ducasse
World famous French chef Alain Ducasse, who has been honored with many Michelin stars for his restaurants around the globe, has just opened the first bean to bar chocolate shop in Paris
. Nestled in a courtyard in the Bastille area, the former factory has been turned into one of the best chocolate shops in Paris. Ducasse has partnered with pastry chef Nicolas Berger and they offer 44 different types of bars ranging from 35% cacao content for the milk chocolate to 75% for the rich, dark chocolate. They also offer yummy pralines, ganaches, and hot chocolate mixture.
