Around the corner, shoebox-size Le Boutier pays tribute to the 1960s golden age of Cambodian rock and roll with patterned light fixtures and screen prints of Cambodian musicians. The cocktail menu is a history lesson in Khmer pop idols: The “Sinn Sisamouth in the Second City,” named after the late Elvis of Cambodia, has bourbon, Averna amaro, coffee, honey, and Angostura bitters. Le Boutier is also one of the only places in town where the cocktail ingredients, including house-made Kampot pepper tincture and sticky rice syrup, are handcrafted.
