Laon Cathedral

8 Rue du Cloître

Built during the 12th and 13th century, the Notre Dame de Laon Cathedral is one of the best and earliest examples of Gothic architecture in all of France. This version of the cathedral began around 1160 after the original one, which stood on the same site, was destroyed during the not-so-good times in France. This one is worth a visit and to me, was much more impressive than Notre Dame in Paris.
