Ilias Lalaounis created a global jewelry brand inspired by ancient Greek motifs. Using gold and precious stones, he reimagined museum pieces and revived ancient techniques such as filigree, hand-weaving, and hammering. The 93-year-old legend passed away in 2013, but thousands of his distinctive statement pieces are on display at this dazzling museum. You can watch goldsmiths at work in the ground-floor atelier and max out your credit card in the gift shop.
