Tropical Chill at a Grill
On the expansive grounds at Hilton Waikoloa Village, Lagoon Grill is a laid back place where “burger, fried, and mai tais” are on the tip of everyone’s lips. The Hawaiian-influenced American menu goes a little deeper than that with fish & chips, ribs, salads, and starters, but the atmosphere is bright and the view of dolphins in the lagoon encourages a blissful afternoon of sunshine and cool beverages. Beer, wine, or island cocktails flavour the day. Saver the pineapple-infused Blue Lagoon or try the “Naked Turtle Punch” with rum, passion fruit, pineapple, and citrus zest. Mojitos match the colors of the sky—from blueberry afternoons to mango just before sunset. For the chaste drinkers, the grill also features an impressive assortment of tropical smoothies, like Pele's Keiki made of strawberry, coconut, and pineapple, that will add a bit of refreshment to a warm afternoon.
