Named for Emeril Lagasse, the chef who conceptualized the place, the Stadium is a cross between a raucous athletics-obsessed restaurant and a really swanky sports book. Customers are surrounded by more than 100 huge screens that broadcast sporting events all day long. It also serves some of the best food in the Palazzo, which is saying something given that there are many great restaurants in residence here. Try the shrimp-and-andouille gumbo—it’s vintage Emeril, spicy and New Orleans–accented, and delicious too. The venue is split in two: a reservations-only side with a table minimum, and an area in which patrons are seated first come, first served.
