Organic cuisine goes gourmet
A little paradise where heaven meets the sea, La Vigie is surrounded by nature with water to one side, a small pine forest to the other. It is perhaps all this nature that inspired chef Paolo Sari to create the first organic menu to earn a Michelin star. True to his Italian roots, the chef’s menu features pastas and seafood cooked in regional Italian style. This is Monaco so there is caviar on the menu, but the overall ambiance is a casual chic for enjoying the melt-in-your-mouth Aquapazza sole, or the zing or mussels with Kampot pepper. Sunglasses and hats are necessary accessories as light plays off the eternal waves.
