Seafood at La Marina, Asturias, Spain
Spaniards know a little something about seafood preparation, and at La Marina restaurant in Navia, you will truly learn what I mean. Octopus cooked to mount melting perfection, splashed before serving with fresh paprika, Calamari battered and fried to crisp delicacy in Spanish olive oil, nothing prepared me for the delicious shell fish of varieties I had never before even seen! All of this paired with a nice Albariño wine or Asturian Cider and you set to have a really wonderful day.
