Fungheria was founded in 1983. Here's a lovely space where an adorable craftsman gathers, processes, and markets mushrooms and truffles. Each activity is carried out manually: product classification, selection, quality control, packaging, and of course marketing. It's amazing how many good things can be found here. You must absolutely try the truffle-based sauces and cheese and various jams made by hand. This is a real treat for those who want to experience some of the best Italian products typical of these areas.
