On a recent trip to Barcelona
, while strolling along the Mediterranean seaside, my husband and I wandered into a lively restaurant that proudly displays their Iberian jamon. We ogled the dozens upon dozens of legs that hung from the ceiling. Most people ask about the cups that are attached to each leg, and we can only surmise it is to catch the dripping fat before it hits the shiny wood floor below. The ham was absolutely melt-in-your-mouth delicious.
