Hato La Aurora
This is Reserva Natural Hato La Aurora, in the Colombian eastern plains. Here you can disconnect your senses from the hectic rhythm of the city, You can discover innumerable species of birds: herons, eagles, lapwings, macaws and toucans. These birds share their habitat with caymans, anacondas and capibaras. At night, you drift to sleep under the hooting of an owl, while an anteater eats the oranges in the garden. You wake up to the smell of the moist ground, knowing that a jaguar passed over it. Beyond what you can explore, you feel the warmth of the local people, who make sure you feel at home.
