This Copenhagen classic stands on the quayside, where the daily catch used to be brought ashore. As the name suggests, fish dishes to the fore here, with an abundance of Baltic herring as well as sole, salmon, flounder, pollock and turbot, but there are also meat dishes—or enjoy the best of both worlds with a plate of steak tartare with lumpfish roe.
