Koka, one of Gothenburg's Michelin-starred restaurants, is known for its personal take on seasonal cuisine—food that is deeply rooted in the traditions of western Sweden
but with a new Nordic twist. Only set menus are available, ranging from three to seven courses. Your tastebuds will go on a journey where they might meet Swedish oysters in the company of cucumber and algea from the North Sea, trout roe with nettles and radish, or rhubarb with hazelnuts and lemon verbena. But only if that’s what is in season at the time.
