Yes, Kendrick Park has a wildlife pen that is home to baby buffalo and regal elk, and yes, Kendrick is home to the Concerts in the Park summer series, which brings brilliant local and international acts to Sheridan County. There's also a swimming pool, fishing holes, horse shoe pits, picnic areas, a kid's playground, and beautiful one-of-a-kind sculptures crafted by a local artisan. But the best reason to come to Kendrick, if you're asking me for my opinion, is the ice cream. Creamy, delicious ice cream in dozens and dozens of flavors. Kendrick Park's Ice Cream kiosk is so popular that it inspired the creation of a wood carving two gigantic scoops tall. Now that's love.
