Experience A Thrilling Caving Adventure with Flow BonaireThe world "adventure" doesn't quite do justice to a day of caving with Flow Bonaire. I have done many 'adventurous' things: skydiving, bungee jumping, etc. But, this sits at the top of the list. Leo, the owner, takes great care to give each participant an extremely safe and memorable adventure. You'll climb down a steep, dark cave, the only light coming from the small hole of sunshine beaming through the top, casting a spotlight of sorts into the cave. Leo is with each participant every step of the way, one-by-one.
Explore ancient formations of stalactites and stalagmites that took hundreds of thousands of years to form. The caves feel like a sauna or a Bikram yoga room, and you'll get up close and personal with sleeping and flying bats.
Continue on through the cave and find a small opening of water, where you'll climb through with your flashlight, mask and snorkel. The water is a mix of fresh and salt and is as clear as a bathtub. Swim and explore these ancient cave formations, while Leo free dives far below with his flashlight to show you the depths of the formations that your light cannot reach. To call this a 'day excursion' is an understatement: it will be one of the greatest adventure activities of your life and you'll feel quite the sense of accomplishment upon finishing, as I did.

Savor French Caribbean Cuisine at Bistro de Paris
Located waterfront, you can dine al fresco under the Caribbean sky or in the air conditioned patio enclosed in glass. Menu options are fresh and everything is made fresh, daily. The wine menu is extensive and the specials of the day were exquisite. My only suggestion: bring bug spray, for as with most places on the island near dusk, the mosquitoes come out. Bistro de Paris was by far one of my favorite dining experiences on-island, and dessert menu alone is reason enough to go there!
