Kauai Coffee Company
The largest coffee grower in the U.S., this estate sprawls over 3,100 acres and nurtures four million trees. Its roots stretch back to the early 1800s McBryde Sugar Company. Today it uses the Pacific sun, rich volcanic earth and ample mountain rain to produce smooth, delicious blends. Stop by its orchard and tasting room on the southwest side of Kaua'i, near Waimea Canyon, Koke’e State Park and the Russian Fort. Kauai Coffee offers free guided walking tours daily at 10am, noon, 2pm and 4pm. Or book a more detailed Coffee on the Brain experience, which includes a sample and traces beans from the branch to the cup ($20, book ahead).
