I believe this is a phenomenon due to the combination between their lively atmosphere and their affordable bar menu that offers something for everyone. The walls are covered with signatures from people named Jimmy that have dined and drank at Jimmy’s over the passing years. They serve American cuisine with a bold taste in a simple fashion. Jimmy, the owner, has a distinct passion for tequila and has over 120 top-self tequilas available. One thing that I have found with tequila and any alcohol for that matter is that the better quality it is the smoother it goes down. So even if you don’t think you like tequila it is probably because you haven’t found the right one. I am sure Jimmy can help you find it among his collection.
