The Jeju Olle are a series of walking paths that extend for more than 200 kilometers in total. The Olle were formally created as a network of paths in 2007, though many follow routes used by the island’s residents for centuries. For the traveler ready to explore the entire island, various sections are connected to allow you to walk the entire circumference of Jeju, while other sections branch off into the interior. Even if your time and ambitions are more limited, a few hours exploring one of the paths will allow you to experience Jeju’s natural beauty on foot. The well-maintained paths are marked with yellow and blue ribbons.
