Japanese Cuisine in the Sacred Valley
All along the square and branching streets of Cusco are restaurants that serve Western-style and Peruvian meals. The meals are hearty and meaty. However, if one is craving warm soup in characteristically simple surroundings, Kintaro is the stop. My travel companion and friend Liz sought out soup one night when not feeling the best and came back raving about the Udon Tempura soup. I tried the restaurant and had a Miso broth was smooth and salty.
