International Pinot Noir Celebration
900 Southeast Baker Street
Alderwood Stakes and Salmon SteaksAt the end of July each year, about 600 folks gather at Linfield College in McMinnville to celebrate the pinot noir grape at the IPNC. The event is always marked by amazing meals as well as outstanding wine tastings, but the evening of the Pacific Northwest salmon bake—roasted on alder stakes over an open pit fire—is the penultimate event and always enjoyed in the Oak Grove under Japanese lanterns. Just magical!
