With a friend in town, visiting the UAE for the first time, I wanted to “wow!” her with a Friday Brunch. The InterContinental mixes up their Friday Marina Brunch menu by opening up their restaurants, Chamas, the Belgian Cafe, and The Yacht Club. We booked a reservation at The Yacht Club and could visit all three buffets with a variety of foods to sample and enjoy. We had an excellent afternoon, escaping the summer heat, perched up in a booth above the main floor of the Yacht Club, and enjoyed the creative preparation and display of our Friday brunch.
