They really treated us like family! We were the only guests which allowed us to celebrate our Christmas holiday early just as if we were home. The tree, nestled in the ceiling cutout along the stairwell, was so beautiful. The view of Great Sacandaga Lake covered in snow peaked through plenty of windows and I spent time watching ice fishermen from the warmth of comfy chairs.
We found the inn close to great cross-country skiing and an overnight foot of snow made for near perfect conditions. After a day of skiing we walked from the inn to the Timeless Tavern for a solid meal.
This is a gem that hasn't yet been discovered - the owners have only been there for less than a year. Check it out!
