I never eat in the airport, but after a 4-hour flight from Singapore to Seoul I could not resist the smell of this. For those who follow my thread I think you understand food is my weakness; and this was no different. How can you turn down pork, egg and rice in perfect harmony? I still don't think covering the dish in mustard was a great idea, but it’s still a very, very yummy dish. Just a note - in general, Inchon Airport in South Korea is awesome, the food is good, and they have a skating rink, movie theater and spa... airport heaven!
