Just when I thought I'd seen (or at least heart of) every innovative dining experience... I am taken to an Asian-fusion restaurant where the menu is digitally projected onto the table and you direct the "course" of the evening with the click of a personal mouse! From reviewing the menu, ordering and calling the waiter over, to requesting the bill and even changing your "tablecloth" (aka background) -- you lead the show at Inamo. To boot, the food is actually VERY VERY good. I expected it to fall short of the gimmicky service element, but instead, it delighted me in every way. From Fuji apple pork dumplings to the fresh tomato and avocado salad with a hint of ginger-soy sauce my tastebuds were quite satisfied! What will they think of next?
