Caviar, Risotto, and Carciofi in Milan
One of the most decadent dishes I've eaten in recent memory, this creamy risotto was topped not only with wonderfully flavorful carciofi, or fried artichokes, but also with a liberal serving of caviar. The setting--in the spectacular restaurant in Milan's Bulgari hotel--didn't hurt, either.
