Ikies Traditional Houses
Nothing illustrates Greece more than white washed buildings, blue-colored doors, and bougainvillea flowers. Ikies Traditional Houses, situated at the entry of Oia village in Santorini, has exactly those and more. Its traditional architecture and interior made us feel like we were staying in a Greek home, especially because each of the suites at Ikies is different. Every morning, we woke up to the view of the caldera and the blue Aegean Sea. If that's not enough, a delicious champagne breakfast also awaited us on the huge patio. In the evening, we would dip into the jacuzzi on the patio, drinking the Greek beer "Mythos" while watching the sun set. Everything was so picture perfect yet so unpretentious.
