Ice Fjord Safari
The fjords of mainland Norway are world-famous, yet the fjords of Svalbard are arguably even more impressive, providing a reminder that at this latitude, nature is in charge. Instead of lush green grass and waterfalls, you'll see sheer cliffs of ice rising from the freezing water. On a guided safari you'll ride across the ice fjord on an open boat to get up close and personal with the diverse birdlife of the ice cliffs, home to puffins, guillemots, gulls and more.
