I would highly recommend going with an Airbnb in Ibiza. We stayed in Ibiza Town, and, although we were off the main strip, we were walking distance from everywhere, and it was very nice to come home to an apartment every evening. In looking for options, I saw that many apartments had balconies and were centrally located. Our host was very helpful and responsive over WhatsApp when we had any questions!
