Monaco without the Glitz
There is a quieter side of Monaco
, away from the high-end shops and the casino. This restaurant is close to the train station and on quiet pedestrian-only street. There's a film theme (the name refers to Fellini's 8 and 1/2). But the food is very good and it's a quiet place to relax away from the tourists. We enjoyed the steak tartare and the scallops. Both were excellent.
