House of Air
This refurbished airplane hangar on scenic Crissy Field calls itself an adrenaline park. Inside, kids and adults alike blow off steam in an 8,000-square-foot trampoline playground with padded walls. Skip after-work cocktails and instead drop in for a 30-minute bounce during Open Air time, or hop into a quad-burning fitness class (they say 10 minutes of trampoline jumping is equivalent to 33 minutes of running). Kids love the camps during school breaks, and if you’ve secretly dreamed of joining Cirque du Soleil or harbor an Olympic fantasy, House of Air has you covered with a range of group or private sessions that teach everything from front- and back-flip techniques to snowboard acrobatics to fine-tuning a perfect 10 routine. Whatever your skill level, House of Air lets you soar.
