New Charleston hotel bars include the Spectator Hotel which offers a 1920s speakeasy feel. Similar to the bartenders of that era, the Spectator’s mixologists offer a friendly Southern smile and a rockin’ Southern spirit. Local products are part of the creative combinations in such treats as Jacqueline’s Lantern and Against the Grains. The art-inspired Grand Bohemian has two bars inside and one rooftop patio bar outside its fine dining restaurant Élevé. While there, be sure to ask for the Bohemian Blend of the Month to enjoy a custom wine blend by the glass or bottle. Élevé’s Master Sommelier creates, labels and bottles the vintage in the hotel’s custom wine blending room.
