Year-Round Chiles en Nogada
Chile en nogada is a dish invented in Puebla made of poblano peppers with a filling of shredded meat and different nuts and fruits, bathed in a walnut and cream sauce and sprinkled with pomegranate. It is nearly impossible to find chiles en nogada outside of season (between August and early October), but Hostería de Santo Domingo serves generous portions of them throughout the year.
