Lei Yue Mun
This was a 3.5 lb mirugai (geoduck) sashimi-style on a plastic bag of ice, at the perfect serving temperature. It was shipped all the way from Canada. It's briny, sweet and definitely mouth-watering, the best I've ever tasted. The chef took the rest of the mirugai and made a congee (rice porridge) with it. He added a fresh crab to that to further enhance the flavor.
