Newly Restored Architectural Gem in Los Angeles
The 24-hour opening weekend of Hollyhock House at Barnsdall Park was flooded with visitors, complete with with design buffs in line at 3am to walk through Frank Lloyd Wright's first Los Angeles project. Set on top of a hill at Barnsdall, the rooms offer sweeping views of Hollywood and incredibly detailed representations of the hollyhock flower in the walls and furnishings. A must-visit for anyone interested in LA's unique style of architecture.
